Infinix Service Centres in Kashmir (Carlcare): Addresses, Warranty and Repair Guide

Something's wrong with your Infinix phone: a cracked screen, a charging port that won't charge, or a battery that drains too fast. The first question is always the same: "Infinix service centre kahan hai?" Google Maps doesn't always help, because some listings for Kashmir show old addresses, other numbers, or pins in the wrong place.

So we went to the source. Everything below comes from Carlcare's own service-centre locator and Infinix's and Carlcare's official pages, checked on 30 Oct 2026. We're an Infinix distributor, not a service centre, so this is a guide to where Carlcare repairs your phone and how its warranty works.

Who repairs Infinix phones in India?

Infinix India's repair page calls Carlcare "Infinix official after-sales service center". Carlcare handles Infinix warranty repairs, paid out-of-warranty repairs, broken screens, original accessories and warranty extensions. The same Carlcare centres also service TECNO and itel phones.

So if your Infinix needs a repair, especially while it's under warranty, take it to a Carlcare centre. Carlcare's warranty policy doesn't cover damage caused by service from an unauthorised service provider (more on that below).

Carlcare service centres in Kashmir, by district

These are the official Carlcare centres in the Kashmir Valley, exactly as Carlcare's service-centre locator lists them (checked 30 Oct 2026). The locator lists all of them as servicing Infinix, TECNO and itel phones.

Call before you visit. We haven't confirmed each centre's opening days and times by phone, so please call the centre to check its timings, and whether the part you need is in stock, before you travel.

A few things worth knowing:

• Kulgam and Shopian: Carlcare's locator doesn't list a centre in either district. The nearest listed centres are in Anantnag (for Kulgam) and Pulwama (for Shopian). Call them first.
• Magam: Carlcare's locator files the Magam centre under the city "Kishtwar", even though its address is Magam in Budgam district. If you're searching the locator by city, that's where it appears.
• Bandipora: on Carlcare's map, the Bandipora pin sits on the same spot as the Kupwara centre. Go by the street address in the table, not the map pin.
• Ladakh: we didn't find a Carlcare centre for Leh or Kargil in the locator.
• Google Maps: some Maps listings for Carlcare in Kashmir show a different address or phone number from Carlcare's own locator. We've used only Carlcare's official details. If they don't match what you see on Maps, trust the locator or call Carlcare's helpline.

Infinix warranty in India: what's covered

Per Carlcare's Infinix service policy for India (checked 30 Oct 2026):

What the limited warranty doesn't cover, in Carlcare's words, summarised:

• Consumable parts such as batteries or protective coatings that wear down over time, unless the failure comes from a defect in materials or workmanship
• Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, dents or broken plastic ports
• Damage from accidents, abuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquakes or other external causes
• Damage from using the phone outside the published guidelines
• Damage caused by service (including upgrades) from an unauthorised service provider
• A phone modified to change its functionality or capacity without written permission
• Normal wear and tear and ageing
• Any device whose serial number has been removed or defaced

So a cracked screen from a fall, or a phone that went into water, is a paid repair, not a warranty claim.

Three more points from the policy:

1. Your data may be erased. During warranty service, the phone's storage may be deleted or reformatted. Back up first.
2. First purchaser only. The warranty card is "confined to the first purchaser of the product only and is not transferable".
3. Bring proof of purchase. Carlcare's warranty guide asks you to bring the invoice or warranty card to the centre.

How to check your Infinix warranty

You need your IMEI first. Dial *#06# on the phone (dual-SIM phones show two IMEIs). Then use either option, per Carlcare's warranty guide:

On the Carlcare website

1. Go to carlcare.in's Warranty Check page.
2. Enter your IMEI and submit.
3. Your warranty status appears on screen.

In the Carlcare app (it comes pre-installed on Infinix phones, per Carlcare)

1. Open the Carlcare app and tap the warranty option on the home page.
2. Enter your IMEI and submit.
3. You'll see your warranty status. Carlcare says the app also shows the activation date.

How to book a repair

1. Back up your phone. Warranty service may wipe its storage.
2. Check the parts price. In the Carlcare app, tap Spare Parts Price, choose your model and see prices for parts like the screen, battery and charger. Carlcare says these prices don't include taxes and service charges.
3. Reserve a slot (optional). In the app, tap Online Reservation, choose your device, describe the problem, pick your nearest centre and a time slot, then confirm. If your centre doesn't come up for a reservation, just call it.
4. Call the centre from the table above to confirm its timings and that it can take your repair.
5. Take the phone and your invoice or warranty card to the centre.
6. Track the repair. In the Carlcare app, tap Repair Status and enter your job sheet number or registered mobile number. You can also check repair status online from carlcare.in's phone repair page.

Infinix screen replacement and spare-part prices

Prices differ by model, so there's no single "Infinix screen replacement price". The reliable way to check is the Spare Parts Price section in the Carlcare app: pick your exact model and it lists genuine part prices, including the screen and battery (Carlcare's guide, checked 30 Oct 2026). Remember that tax and the service charge come on top. Carlcare says its centres use original Infinix spare parts.

Is Carlcare pickup and drop available in Kashmir?

Not yet, as far as Carlcare has announced. Its pickup-and-drop service went live in January 2026 in Udaipur, Jaipur, Ahmedabad and Surat, "with more cities coming soon". No Kashmir city is on that list (checked 30 Oct 2026). To ask whether it has reached your area, call 1800 419 0525.

Is screen or water damage covered by the Infinix warranty? No. Carlcare's policy excludes damage from accidents, liquid contact and other external causes, plus cosmetic damage. Those are paid repairs.

Does a second-hand Infinix keep its warranty? Carlcare's policy says the warranty card is for the first purchaser only and isn't transferable. Paid repairs are available for any Infinix phone.
