1. Order Cancellation by Customer

We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund is initiated.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refund requests may be declined for physical damage after delivery, unauthorized repair attempts, or claims outside communicated return/warranty windows.

Approved refunds are typically initiated within 5-7 business days and credited through the original payment method. Bank settlement timelines may vary.

6. Return Condition

Returned products must include original accessories, packaging (if available), and must not show misuse beyond normal inspection.
