Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers can request cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible and return rules will apply.
2. Cancellation by Digi Kashmir
We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund is initiated.
3. Refund Eligibility

4. Non-Refundable Cases
